Together we did user research on behalf of an international technology company, constructed dozens of prototypes for new appliances, and delivered these proposals to our corporate client during the COVID-19 crisis

Together with my partner, I led a team of employees at Align Tech for a months-long project
We served as both team leaders and design thinking instructors as we helped this corporate team conduct user interviews and prototype solutions to their customer service challenges
